Driven by the belief that sports can be a powerful vehicle for personal and professional growth, RECRUIT FIRST is dedicated to preparing youth for impactful careers in the sports industry. Our mission is to provide aspiring athletes, young entrepreneurs, and engaged parents with the tools, mentorship, and real-world experiences needed to navigate and succeed in the business side of sports. We combine hands-on training, expert guidance, and educational resources to bridge the gap between passion and profession. Our vision is to create a generation of confident, skilled, and ethically grounded leaders who are not only passionate about sports, but also prepared to drive innovation, integrity, and excellence across the industry. Through our 501(c)(3) nonprofit initiative, we are building a community where talent is nurtured, potential is unlocked, and futures are shaped—on and beyond the playing field.

What we do

Recruitment & Analytics

Our specific focus here is to educate youth how to assist athletes, families, educational programs, and clubs in the recruiting process, offering insights into best practices and effective strategies to maximize talent acquisition intake and deployment.
Sports Coaching

A big part of RECRUIT FIRST commitment is to educate our participants about coaching sports and ensure they are set up to succeed. We want them to coach with confidence pridefully. They will be equipped with basic fundamental knowledge and equipped with tools to become great sport coaches in the near future.
Public Relations / Marketing

RECRUIT FIRST will teach PR & marketing to our future leaders of the sports industry. They will collect and understand the best techniques and search data to make effective marketing campaigns.
Contract & NIL

With the evolving landscape of sports contracts and Name, Image, and Likeness, participants will connect will speak with law professionals. Learning strategic advice to ensure athletes and institutions can leverage these new opportunities effectively.
Player Development

RECRUIT FIRST takes great pride in how we communicate and have a great network. We make sure that all participants will have the proper training education in place in order to reach their full potential. We provide our youth with access to learn from top trainers in the industry of basketball, soccer, and rugby.
Ambassadors for Sport

All participants will commit to volunteery work with sports talents, agencies, and clubs by helping them grow their personal brand as a business, create and implement revenue streams which relieve financial pressure so they can focus on training and competing without worrying about the finances and associated stress.
