EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Tony Gastearl is a dynamic professional distinguished by a rich and varied background in both sports and music entertainment. As the founder of RECRUIT FIRST, Tony is dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders in the professional sports industry. His vision for the organization is grounded in providing educational opportunities and hands-on experiences that equip aspiring sports professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in a competitive landscape. Through RECRUIT FIRST, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit initiative, he actively seeks to nurture young talent, fostering their development both personally and professionally.

Joedy Addison is a dynamic entrepreneur with years of experience driving success in various business ventures. As the owner of 9xv Capital Partners and a proud graduate of the University of Alabama, Joedy now calls New Orleans home, where he continues to thrive. A sports enthusiast at heart, he supports the New Orleans Saints, Pelicans, and NOLA Gold Rugby.

Elsie Rayon is a passionate sports professional with extensive experience in athletic management and coaching. Elsie has also coached for Plaquemines Parish Recreation and Louisiana Fire FC, where she has dedicated herself to enhancing youth through sports. A graduate of the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and Sports Peru, Elsie actively contributes to the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Louisiana and the Young Professionals Committee, showcasing her commitment to community development.

Damian Stevens is a professional rugby player hailing from Walvis Bay, Namibia. With a deep passion for the sport, he has dedicated his time to coaching youth rugby, fostering the next generation of athletes. A graduate of Paarl Boys High School, Damian also enjoys golfing and watching movies in his free time. He is the proud owner of DS9 Sports Wear. Currently residing in New Orleans, he cherishes the vibrant culture of the city as much as he does the game of rugby.
